No Therapy or Medical Services

Nothing on this Website or within our Services should be interpreted as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any medical or mental health condition.

You understand that coaching and educational programs cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

Accounts

Some Services require you to create an account through Kajabi or another platform.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential

You may not share paid course access with others unless expressly authorized.

Purchases

By purchasing any Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the selected plan.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services until your account is brought current.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for:

• Online courses

• Downloadable resources

• Live events
• Group programs

Failure to attend, complete, access, or participate in any Service does not create a right to a refund.

Scheduling and Appointments

Private coaching sessions may be scheduled through our approved scheduling platform.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Rescheduling and cancellation policies are described in our separate Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Website or Services is owned by or licensed to Aletheia Kai Agape Ministry unless otherwise indicated.

This includes, without limitation:

• Worksheets
• Courses
• Coaching materials

• Graphics
• Logos
• Images
• Downloads
• Exercises
• Program materials

All intellectual property is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limited License

Purchasing a Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Record coaching sessions without permission
• Create derivative works
• Use our materials to develop competing programs

Community Standards

Where Services include community participation, live sessions, or discussion groups, you agree to interact respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Discrimination
• Hate speech
• Illegal conduct
• Repeated disruption
• Sharing confidential information belonging to others

Removal for violations does not entitle a participant to a refund.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of participants.

However, because group programs involve multiple participants, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared within a group setting.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

Testimonials

Testimonials appearing on the Website represent individual experiences.

They are not guarantees that any participant will achieve similar results.

Results vary based upon individual circumstances, participation, commitment, and many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Services

Our Website may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party providers.
